Course outline

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Symptoms and Diagnosis is a free short course that has been specially curated in support of the MS International Federation World MS Day campaign 'My MS Diagnosis'.

It is designed for anyone with an interest in MS including:

  • People living with MS, their families and carers
  • Medical and allied health professionals
  • Advocates, service delivery staff, support workers

It looks at:

  • Symptoms and challenges of MS
  • Different MS disease courses, or ways that MS can develop over time
  • The tests and criteria doctors use to diagnose MS
  • People's lived experiences of MS symptoms and diagnosis

MS Symptoms and Diagnosis was developed by Menzies Institute for Medical Research in collaboration with MS International Federation and with support from MS Australia and MS Plus.
